Thanks to our new 3D laser scanner, we are able to scan components of various sizes, benefiting from the device’s ease of use and lightweight design, which allows it to be moved into different positions during measurement.
This makes it possible to compare the 3D CAD model with the physical part much faster and with high precision.
The ability to use different light modes enables the operator to accurately measure the features of each component, providing immediate feedback on machining effectiveness.
In addition, the device can be used in different configurations to broaden the range of applications that can be analyzed.
With the introduction of the new measurement software, comparison is even more intuitive thanks to the use of color maps that identify points within tolerance and those out of tolerance, delivering accurate and detailed information about the component.
